Adaptation 'Inadaptado' (2009): Infographic map about the film "Adaptation". This illustrated poster shows the characters' actions as well as the flashbacks and flashforwards in the film. Self-initiated project.
Rodrigo Machado is a graphic designer based in Lisbon, Portugal. He focues on graphic design, information architecture and motion graphics.
Blueprint Dinner Textiles (2011): Digitally printed pattern on Linen-Cotton. Besides celebrating the look of technical drawings these textiles also remind users of how tableware is made, by depicting dimensions, comments and directions for the production of various tableware.
Data Visualization/Communication (2011) is a part of the Pratt Graduate Communication Design Thesis. 41 data visualisations using a data set created from two years of documentingthe amount of food consumed. The project aims to explore how the same set of data can be manipulated and visualised using various methods, techniques, styles and degrees of complexity.

Project 365 (2010): Information posters for Project 365 Graphical degree Project 2010. Each pyramids represents the amount of data collected for each month and the colors is categorized in 12 different months. A statistics charts is accompany by the poster to create an overview of information of the design.
Life in Data (2011): Self initiated project visualising personal details of one's day-to-day life. Information of everything is collected in minute detail and then visualised from nutritional intake to bank account activity.

Authored by Draught Associates. The publications are part of a continuing studio online project that has been ongoing since SEP 2008.
Context is Everything Brochure (2010): A book used to communicate research data to key stakeholders. The Context Program is an in-depth research project examining the integral role of context in consumers' current way of life – identifying needs and insights – to develop and refine context-based services for future use.
Couch Surfing (2010): Visual description of the global Couchsurfing service, a way to connect travellers from all over the world through a 'hospitality exchange network' of people.
