An author of articles and four books on design, Bruno Porto writes for columns at magazines including: abcDesign, NewGraphic, DesignBrasil.org.br and BrazilianGraphicDesign.com. After living in Shanghai from 2006-2012 he has recently moved to Brasília, where he lives with his wife and their children.
Born in 1971 in Rio de Janeiro, the graphic design and illustration work of Bruno Porto has been published, awarded and exhibited in the Americas, Asia and Europe. He has curated a dozen graphic arts exhibitions, and consistently judges design competitions. He currently acts as Executive Coordinator of the Biennial of Latin American Typography and as Council Member at the Society of Illustrators of Brazil.
