The COFA ANNUAL 2012 features a stunning array of animation, ceramics, drawing, digital imaging, environments, graphics, installation, interactive media, jewellery, motion graphics, objects, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, sound, textiles and video works by COFA's more than 300 graduating students. The COFA Annual Exhibition is held at Roundhouse, UNSW, Kensington campus, 23-28 NOV. The COFA Annual Screening is on 26 NOV, 6-10pm at Chauvel Cinema, Paddington.

Petting Zoo by Christoph Niemann（美國 紐約 / 南非 開普敦）
Petting Zoo is an interactive picture book APP for iOS and Android, designed by internationally acclaimed illustrator and Design Indaba 2013 speaker – Christoph Niemann. A delightful menagerie of 21 illustrated, animated animals begging for your tap, poke and swipe. This app combines the charm of handmade animations and Niemann's wry humour with state-of-the-art technology. What would an elephant in your bathroom do? Can a dog breakdance? Could you play a crocodile's teeth like a xylophone? With programming by friend and developer Jon Huang and music by South African composer Markus Wormstorm, Niemann has created a lovable and entertaining pastime that is his first attempt at interactive illustration.
Knock Knock Magazine: Travel Issue（澳大利亞 悉尼）
Created by Tom and Ali Groves, Knock Knock Magazine profiles street level emerging and established Australian and international creatives doing their thing, and doing it well. The latest 'Travel Issue' highlights include Ben Quilty's intimate account of life as a War Artist in Afghanistan; the story behind Mark Drew's photographs from IKEA during the 2011 earthquake in Japan; Rosek's life changing experiences in Berlin as a graffiti artist; and Beatrix Curran's 'The Sausage Show' exhibition highlights, which brought together European colleagues and local Sydney artists.

Design Indaba recognizes the importance and relevance of food design – sometimes known as gastronomy or eating design, this art or science of food and its consumption often has a focus on forward-thinking eating habits. Brazilian chef, and 2013 Design Indaba speaker Alex Atala explains how a change in attitude towards food can help people and the environment. For Atala, being a chef is more about making delicious food; it’s about being an active agent in sustainability. He believes that people should use an entire ingredient without wasting or throwing away anything.

Taking things back to the basics with black ink and ideas. The series is my interest in those cold winter nights, depressed grey days and that lavish, rich but sleazy lifestyle we think is cool…is it as appealing as it seems?"

‘ENEMIES’ is a 200 page hardcover intergalactic graphic novel by D.Jaba Mathieu and Sozyone Gonzalez who are two well known graffiti-artists from the European scene. They've been painting and travelling around the world for more than 20 years before moving to LA to focus on this book. Interior architect and Furniture designer Kristoffer Sundin graduated at Konstfack university of arts, crafts and design in 2011; and has already been working for clients in the the likes of Publit, Highlights, Beijing 8, Jockum Nordström , Karin Mamma Andersson, Gallery Magnus Karlsson, Bio Rio and Färgfabrikens kafé. Bluecadet Inspires with 'La Invención Concreta' Interactive Experience（美國 費城）
Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros, the arts division of the philanthropic organization Fundación Cisneros, recently called upon the digital and design pros at Bluecadet to add an extra dimension of interactivity to a new exhibit at Spain’s National Museum of 20th century art, the Madrid-based Reina Sofía. Bluecadet did more than rise to the challenge, teaming up with museum curators early in the planning process to create a fully integrated experience that could engage museum guests before, during, and after their visit.

Ward Roberts was born in Australia, and after living abroad in Hong Kong for a number of years, he relocated to Melbourne in 1994. Ward graduated from RMIT with a BA in Arts Photography. The Functional Fox: Design & Illustration（英國 布拉德福德）
The Functional Fox graduated with a First Class Honors in Graphic Design & Illustration, and in 2012 got awarded the National Media Museum prize for Creative Ability. He works in a range of styles and software applications and has experience both digitally and traditionally in Graphic Design. His main hobby is collecting design books, he currently owns over 500 and has around 400 magazines. He also collects matchbox labels and various stamps. He creates most of his work using Adobe illustrator and Photoshop but occasionally likes to get inky fingers.

Lilit Hayrapetyan is an art director, designer and 3D artist based in the Los Angeles area. She currently works at Psyop as an Art Director, designer and 3D artist. Lilit's understanding of contemporary visual culture empowers her workflow in different platforms from creative ideas to final production. With 14 years of experience in the industry (via award-winning studios including Psyop and Prologue) it is not surprising for Lilit to have clients in the likes of AT&T, Pansonic, Audi, Mazda under her belt.
