Form Follows Sound is a research publication that discusses analogies between music and visual design. On both, a theoretical as well as on a practical level the similarities and differences between these two disciplines are being examined. On the basis of signs for experimental musical notation the typeface ”Sonica“ was drawn. There are two cuts for headlines and text that are used throughout the book.
