Sagasay is a contemporary cushion exclusively handwoven in the Philippines.
Handwoven by artisans in Ilocos Norte of the Philippines, the textile is woven on a two-pedal loom using a pick-up weaving technique. Inspired by the Yakan weaving from Basilan Island in the south of the Philippines, this design fuses ancient techniques with graphic and modern patterns. A burst of colour is woven into the geometric outline to create a simple design for a contemporary living room.
