The fifth summer edition of BIEN URBAIN, an artistic route, through (and with) public space, will take place from 6-21 JUN! The 15 artists invited by Eltono take the bet again to question the perception of Besancon. All artists will surprise us in their own way through the city's walls, streets and parks.
