The London Design Biennale welcomes the biggest art and design talents from over 30 countries to discuss and celebrate the array of possibilities offered by the creative industries of tomorrow. Benjamin Loyauté was chosen to represent the French Pavilion at the inaugural London Design Biennale. Loyauté’s exhibition will also include the premiere of the film “The Astounding Eyes of Syria”. Directed by Benjamin Loyauté, and filmed on location at the Beqaa Valley refugee camp, the film situates itself between a documentary and a fiction - a heterotopia; its goal is not to show the horror of Syrian war, but to showcase their cultural tradition and unity within their people.
