COMMUNE presents And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside Out — an exhibition by Rae Begley, featuring a soundscape by Erik Omen. The body of work is a series of exquisitely detailed landscape photographs, video and installation works and an ambient soundscape. The works hold space as majestic reminders that the earth is a living planet of complex beauty under threat; the fragility of the landscape has been preserved and is now historical documentation in the timeline of climate change. A percentage of all sales from the exhibition will be donated to The Ice Stupa Project to assist funding their artificial ‘ice stupa’ glaciers which are being created to address water shortage for villages due to melting glaciers in the Himalayas as a result of climate change and local pollution.
